Hoo din't assign any task to me, he is too busy in site and manage those workers
Everyone wanna settle everything and enjoy the CNY holiday
I saw Cherie, she came again today :)
as usual, get to her room once reached. Suddenly, she came out.
Take 2 packs stuffs and passed to me and Ms Cheng :)
she said : it is very delicious cookies, i bought it in Hilton hotel, Double Tree Famous Cookies
touch~ yesterday just celebrated Boss birthday and have Free lunch, today got free cOOkies! **warm**
this firm gave me the feel, feel of one TEAM, one FAMILY :D
purposely took photos of that cOOkies, i appreciates everything they did to me :) really, i do touch
This is a very small firm, sub-con firm
the whole office only 7 ppl inclusive me :)
but they willing to spend, to appreciates workforce
that day lunch time tgt, i heard boss ordered Ms Cheng to organised a Company Dinner, to motivate Workers
Workers are mostly foreigner, Indo or Myanmar :)
but they work hard, even their salary is superb low.. the lowest i heard is RM30 per day :(
i followed Ms Wong and Ms Cheng to Store, i saw the accommodation they provided to those foreigner workers
WOOD ply as their wall.. i saw it, i suddenly felt that how lucky am i?
they have to work under the BIG BIG sun, sweat all along the day and only earn RM30-60 per day
their clothes with full of paint hand all around there.. the condition of living is WORST
i cant really stay alive in such condition :(
luckily, boss have an idea to organised a dinner to them. Hopefully then really enjoy this dinner :)
no matter Malaysian, Foreigner from Indo and Myanmar, we should respect each other, even they are non educated, but they still earn money LEGALLY
our WORKERS all are LEGAL workers, they applied permit.
hopefully i can survive in this firm, hopefully LUCK will follow me all the time
i know that i am not the smart one, but i will try to do my best :)
